Cottage Current Rate & Deposit Details

Cottages are completely furnished with linens, towels, limited wifi, Cable TV, stove or cooktop, oven (standard or convection), refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses and dinner ware.  All cottages have a deck with umbrella, table and chairs.  Studio: 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog (under 50 lbs).  One bedroom: 2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog (under 50 lbs). Two Bedrooms: 2 adults, 3 children and 1dog (under 50 lbs).  All cottages have a queen size bed. Studios have one set of bunkbeds; most One Bedroom’s have a pull-out sofa; and Two Bedrooms have 2 sets of bunk beds (ask staff for more details).  We charge extra for additional occupants.  We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants. Only 1 dog under 50lbs, NO CATS are permitted in any of our Cottages. We require a deposit of $600.00 on all cottage rentals…. PLUS $100.00 per month for weekly laundry services.  The deposit will be refunded after the final electric bill has been paid and any damages assessed.  Cottage rentals require a 3-night minimum stay.  Ask about our CANCELLATION POLICY!  NO REFUND OR PRO-RATING FOR EARLY DEPARTURE!

• Monthly Housekeeping Fee of $100.00 is Non-Refundable
• 30 days or more before arrival…………………………….10% of Deposit
• 14-29 days before arrival……………………………………..25% of Deposit
• Less than 14 days before arrival…………………………….NO REFUND
