Choose from 300 back-in and pull-through RV sites with 20/30/50amp electric hook-up. Rates listed are for 2 adults, 3 children, and 2 pets. There is an extra charge for additional guests and pets. We reserve the right to limit the number of people and pets in any RV Site. Prices include a site rental, concrete patio, picnic table, water, sewer, and wireless internet. No cable TV, local channels are available with antenna.

Let us know if you are a member of one of the following: GOOD SAM, AMAC/AARP, AAA, Active Duty Military or a Military Veteran to receive a 10% discount. Discount is only good on pull through RV Sites with stays up to 6 nights. Cottages are not eligible for any discounts.
Casa Grande also provides RV Storage for current and future guests. For more information, contact the office.
RV Site Current Rate & Deposit Details
Our rates include 2 adults, 3 children and 2 pets, site rental plus applicable taxes, a concrete patio, a picnic table, water, sewer and limited wifi access. High speed wifi is available in the Business Center. Electric is additional only with monthly rentals. Cable TV is not provided in RV sites, but is available through local vendors; local channels available with antenna. We charge extra for additional occupants and/or additional pets. We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants and pets in any RV. We require a $350.00 deposit on all RV site reservations. The deposit will be refunded after the final electric bill has been paid. ASK ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY! NO REFUND OR PRO-RATING FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
